Why it matters where the work happens

An assistant that writes a great post and then hands it to you to copy and paste has saved you half a job. The point of connecting your apps is that the work lands where it belongs: the post goes up on your Instagram, the reply goes out from your email address, the booking lands in your calendar.

Every connection is yours. You sign in to each service yourself, and you can disconnect it from Apps whenever you like.

Social accounts

Wingz connects to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, X, Threads, Pinterest, your Google Business Profile, Bluesky, Reddit and Telegram. Once an account is connected, your AI employee can:

• Plan and write posts, with the pictures or short videos made for them
• Reply to comments, messages and reviews, as drafts you approve
• Read how your posts did and use it to plan the next ones
• Set up replies that answer people who comment on a post

Each social account is $10 a month on any paid plan.

Ads

Connect a Meta ads or Google Ads account and your AI employee can plan campaigns and run them. Money is where it is most careful: you set a monthly ad budget it cannot go past, every new ad has an end date and a place, each one is shown to you with the most it could spend before you say yes, and it pauses an ad the moment it has spent its plan.

Email and calendar

Your business emails go out from your own domain, through your own email account, so customers see your name and replies come back to you. Bookings go onto your Google Calendar, and anything already in your calendar blocks those times, so nobody is booked on top of your Friday meeting.

More services

Beyond the built-in apps, the AI employee can connect to services such as Stripe, Notion, Airtable and PayPal, and to tools for making pictures and video. It uses them the same way: it reads freely, and anything that changes something waits for your yes.
