Will an AI employee do things without asking me?

No. It prepares the work, and anything that goes out in your name waits for your yes. Meet Wingz

The short version
- What waits for you: Emails, posts, website changes, bookings, ads and anything that costs money.
- What it does alone: Reading, research and drafting: things nobody outside sees.
- How you answer: Yes, no, “yes but change this”, or a question, from the dashboard or your email.
Preparing is free, acting asks
Your AI employee draws a clear line. Reading your website, researching competitors, finding prospects and drafting posts all happen on their own, because nobody outside your business sees them. Anything that reaches a customer, changes your website or spends money comes to you first as a card.
What a card looks like
A card shows the real thing, not a description of it: the whole email and who it goes to, the post with its picture and caption, the website change with a preview link, the ad with the most it could spend. You can:
- Approve it: and it goes ahead.
- Change it: tell it what to change and it comes back with a new version.
- Turn it down: and say why, so the next suggestion fits better.
- Ask about it: the card waits while you get your answer.
It learns from your answers
When you turn something down and say why, it keeps that as a rule. Say “no prices in posts” once and you will not be asked again. Over a few weeks the suggestions fit your business better and you spend less time on each card.
Website changes get a preview
A change to your website is put on a private preview link first. You look at the real page, and it only goes live when you press publish.
